जब किसी लंबे वाक्यांश (group of words) को केवल एक शब्द (one word) में व्यक्त किया जाता है, तो उसे One Word Substitution कहते हैं।
किसी शब्द समूह के स्थान पर प्रयुक्त एक शब्द को One Word Substitution कहते हैं।
One Word Substitution से हमारी English अधिक प्रभावशाली, संक्षिप्त और professional बनती है। यह SSC, Bank, NDA, CDS, Rajasthan Exams तथा School Exams में भी पूछा जाता है।
